Prospectus Exposure Comment

The Consumer & Investor Office of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) inquires into complaints on improper conduct and other irregularities in the securities and futures markets to assess whether they disclose offences under the securities laws. 

This prospectus has yet to be registered by the SC. You may view and download this prospectus to examine the accuracy of the information contained in the prospectus ("Exposure Period"). During the Exposure Period, securities cannot be offered and applications for securities cannot be made or accepted inutile the prospectus has been registered by the SC.

The purpose of having the Exposure Period is to invite comments from the public on the information contained in the prospectus. Until such time, when the prospectus is registered, the information contained therein may vary. As such, final investment decisions should be based on the registered prospectus.

The SC encourages that the names and contact details be submitted in order to facilitate the SC in contacting (if required) the person providing the comments for further clarification and information and for efficient evaluation of the comments. It is an offence for any person to give false or misleading information to the SC.

Comments given by the public will be kept strictly confidential and cannot be accessed by the public. The identity of persons providing comments will be kept strictly confidential.
